The Franklin Institute Wedding Reception


As a Philadelphia wedding photographer, I LOVE The Franklin Institute as a wedding venue. I started the day at The Logan hotel, moved to the Cathedral Basilica of St. Peter and Paul and finished the day at The Franklin Institute all while photographing this celebration with a clean, documentary perspective. The cathedral's grand architecture and the dramatic museum spaces create a truly unforgettable backdrop, from elegant portraits beneath soaring ceilings to lively moments on the dance floor. The Institute is known as one of Philadelphia’s most unique wedding venues, offering unforgettable spaces like the Benjamin Franklin National Memorial and the Fels Planetarium. Throughout the day, I focused on authentic connection and natural emotion. As a documentary Philadelphia wedding photographer, my approach is to blend candid storytelling with gentle direction, resulting in imagery that feels timeless, sophisticated, and deeply personal.
